Report time
Under normal circumstances reports are emailed to you on the same day or evening as the inspection/s.

Our availability to respond to your questions
We are available to answer any questions you may have in relation to our reports.

We have professional indemnity insurance cover for your protection.
One million dollars cover for any one claim, subject to our insurer's policy requirements.
Our insurance policy is with Pacific International - Policy No AUS-11-6139

Confidentiality
Our findings can be kept confidential if you instruct us to do so.

At Site
Building & Pest Inspections are usually carried out at the same time.
You are welcome at the inspection/s.

Photos
Digital photos of any major building defects, are emailed along with the building reports. (This is subject to any camera or photo card malfunction)

Licence
Our Company is licensed for both building & pest inspections.
We use an independent, licensed and insured Timber Pest Inspection Contractor.

Independent
Our business is totally independent. We do not rely on any agent or agents for work.
