Thank you very much for the inspections & reports compiled regarding our proposed purchase of (Address removed). Based on the report prepared by BDS it is apparent that there exists several major defects (as well as minor defects) and it is noted within the report that when this property is compared with similar buildings the incidence of these defects are considered high. ON this basis we have decided to terminate the contract today (cooling off period ends tomorrow).
