Experience of John Tysoe
John completed an apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker/shopfitter and then worked as a carpenter for a company that was a builder and a pest control business.   
After gaining a substantial amount of termite experience he then joined a large Australian owned pest control company as a subcontractor and was promoted to field supervisor by the time he left.  
He then started his own pest control business, trading for a short while under his own name. The business grew and hired staff.
About 20 years ago he ceased trading in his own name and commenced trading as Black & White Pest Control. Shortly after this he purchased another long-standing respected pest control company “McCarron Brothers” which had been in operation since the 1950’s and incorporated the two companies together and retained the name of
Black & White Pest Control.  
John’s time in termite inspections and control is about 28 years.
